Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the RENT HOUSE platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RENT HOUSE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

3. User Roles

Tenants: Can browse properties, send inquiries, create rent agreements, and request services.

Landlords: Can list properties, manage inquiries, and access landlord dashboard features.

Agencies: Can list multiple properties, manage a portfolio, and access agency-specific features.

4. Property Listings

Landlords and agencies are responsible for the accuracy of their property listings. RENT HOUSE reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies or contains false information.

5. Membership Plans

Membership plans are billed as described on our pricing page. Plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.

6. Rent Agreements

Rent agreements generated through our platform are for convenience and reference. Users should verify the legal validity of agreements in their jurisdiction. RENT HOUSE is not a party to any rental agreement.

7. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. RENT HOUSE does not store payment card details.

8. Prohibited Activities

  • Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
  • Attempting to bypass phone number restrictions or membership limits
  • Using automated tools to scrape data from our platform
  • Impersonating another person or entity
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

9. Intellectual Property

All content on RENT HOUSE, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of RENT HOUSE or its licensors.

10. Limitation of Liability

RENT HOUSE acts as a platform connecting tenants and landlords. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of properties listed.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
